Patty invites you into the space and honors your level of experience, she makes her classes beginners friendly and accessible to regular practitioners. This Vinyasa yoga class is a prayer of gratitude for your body, mind, and soul. It is to bring you into a deeper connection with yoga that extends beyond asana. It is also through connection of breath, movement, and sound healing leaving the class feeling rejuvenated and calm.

Born and raised in Thailand, Patty was called to pursue Sound Healing where she trained in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. She has trained with Orion Healing Center for the ‘RYT 200 Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training Course’ and has completed Yoga Nidra Facilitation in the crystal island of Koh Phangan.

Patty also runs offerings especially for women, which are guided by energy of each full moon to come together as a collective to meditate, share, receive, and release all that no longer serves. Her other passions include DJ, crystal collecting, and oracle card reading.

Her soul’s mission is to help you rewire your limiting beliefs and raise your consciousness using 'sound' and 'movement' as MEDICINE.
